At Punch No Tail, we take pride in our handcrafted rum punches and want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you experience any issues with your purchase, our refund policy is as follows:

• Refunds are available within 3 days of receiving your order.

• To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Refunds are not available for opened or consumed products due to health and safety regulations.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Exceptions
